Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide to create and use an account, including first and last name, email address, password and authentication information, phone number, date of birth, school, hometown and state, height and weight, graduation year, playing level, positions, social handles, recruiting links, recruiting status and bio, academic and athletic information, statistics, and performance information.

We also collect content you submit, such as profile photos, headshots, action photos, videos, video metadata, and TrackMan reports and the performance data processed from those reports. We maintain membership and payment-status information, including Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, plan, renewal/cancellation status, and billing-period information. Payment card details are entered and processed through Stripe; Player Vault does not collect complete card numbers through its application.

We may receive technical and service information generated through use of the Service, such as account and security events, timestamps, device/browser information made available by the service, and Firebase Analytics events when Analytics is supported.

2. How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts; determine age eligibility; operate player recruiting profiles; authenticate users; process and manage memberships; host, process, and display media and performance information; send service-related communications; provide support; maintain and improve the Service; prevent fraud and abuse; and comply with legal obligations.

Date of birth is used for age eligibility and appropriate account/profile functionality. Full date of birth is not intentionally included in Player Vault’s public recruiting-profile data or social-preview metadata.

3. Public and private profile information

Information a player chooses for an active, visible recruiting profile may be publicly accessible through a Player Vault profile or share link. Public profile data can include name, school, hometown/state, height/weight, positions, playing level, recruiting information, statistics and performance data, photos, videos, profile links, and social handles. TrackMan and related performance data may be displayed when included in the profile.

Email addresses, phone numbers, and full dates of birth are not intentionally placed in the public recruiting-profile document by the current publishing flow. Email and phone may be available to authenticated coaches through the Service when the player’s contact settings permit it. A Player Vault ID may be included with a public profile where it is used to identify that profile; do not treat that ID as private. Social links may be present in public-profile data, even where display settings control whether they are shown in the profile interface.

4. Service providers and disclosures

We use Firebase/Google services for authentication, database, storage, cloud functions, hosting, and analytics functionality. We use Stripe to create customers, process subscription checkout, and manage subscription-related payment events. The Service also supports an email-webhook provider configured by Player Vault for operational emails; the provider’s identity may vary based on the configured integration.

We disclose information to these providers as necessary to operate the Service, process payments, provide authentication, host data and media, send communications, maintain security, and support users. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transaction as permitted by law. Based on the current implementation, Player Vault does not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. This statement describes current practices and is not a promise about unrelated future products or integrations.

5. Retention, cancellation, and deletion

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Service, maintain records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, prevent fraud, and permit permitted reactivation. Canceling a membership is not the same as deleting an account: cancellation normally ends future renewal while account and profile data may remain stored.

The current Settings experience includes an account-deletion action. When it succeeds, that action removes the authentication account; it does not currently guarantee concurrent removal of public-profile copies, stored media, billing records, or legally required records. Before relying on deletion, cancel any active membership separately and contact us for assistance or a privacy request. We will respond consistent with applicable law and our operational requirements.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including account authentication, access controls, and service-provider security features. No system or transmission is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Minors

Player Vault is currently available only to players who meet our age requirements and is not intended to knowingly provide normal player accounts to children under 13. Users who are 13 through 17 should involve a parent or legal guardian as appropriate. We do not claim to operate parental-consent or COPPA verification mechanisms that are not part of the current Service.

8. Your privacy choices and requests

You may update certain profile, visibility, contact, and social settings in the Service. Depending on where you live, you may have privacy rights regarding access, correction, deletion, or other uses of personal information. To make a privacy request or ask a privacy question, email playervaultinfo@gmail.com. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this Policy by posting a revised version with a new Last Updated date. Player Vault is operated by Blueprint Athletics LLC, 5395 Smiley Rd, Celina, TX 75009. Questions and privacy requests may be sent to playervaultinfo@gmail.com.
