Terms of Service

1. Who may use Player Vault

Player Vault is currently available only to players who meet our age requirements. Player accounts are not intended for children under 13, and Player Vault does not knowingly provide normal player accounts to children under 13 under the current beta design. If you are 13 through 17, you represent that you have involved a parent or legal guardian as appropriate and have their permission to use the Service where required. Player Vault does not currently offer a separate parental-verification process.

You must provide accurate, current information, keep your credentials confidential, and promptly correct inaccurate information. Each player account and profile must represent one real player; impersonation or sharing credentials is prohibited.

2. Player profiles and public information

Players may create recruiting profiles with information such as name, school, hometown and state, height and weight, positions, athletic statistics, academic and recruiting information, recruiting status, photos, videos, bios, and TrackMan or other performance information where applicable. Some profile information is intended to be publicly accessible through a Player Vault public profile or share link when a profile is active and visible. This can include profile identity, physical and recruiting details, performance information, media, and social or recruiting links that are published with the profile.

Private account and contact information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that anything you choose to publish is appropriate and accurate. Self-reported statistics and recruiting information are not verified unless Player Vault specifically identifies them as verified.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload, including photos, videos, text, bios, statistics, recruiting information, and other media. You grant Player Vault a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, format, display, transmit, and distribute that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and provide the Service and your profile.

You represent that you have the rights, permissions, and authority needed to submit your content and to grant this license. Player Vault may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms, the law, intellectual-property or privacy rights, or platform rules.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to impersonate another person; submit fraudulent, misleading, or inaccurate recruiting information; access another account without authorization; scrape or systematically collect data except as permitted in writing; bypass security or access controls; introduce malware or interfere with the Service; upload illegal, abusive, harassing, or infringing content; or violate applicable law or others’ rights.

5. Memberships, billing, and cancellation

Player Vault offers Monthly and Annual player memberships. Applicable pricing is shown before purchase and may change for future purchases or renewals as permitted by applicable law. Memberships renew automatically unless canceled. Cancellation prevents the next renewal and, when scheduled for period end, access continues through the current paid subscription period.

If the membership system allows it, a user may resume a scheduled cancellation before the paid-through date. When a membership expires, paid access ends and the public recruiting profile becomes inactive. Cancellation does not itself delete account or profile data; data may remain available for later reactivation, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable deletion rights. An expired player may later resubscribe using the existing account if that functionality remains available.

6. No recruiting guarantee

Player Vault is a recruiting-profile platform. It does not guarantee recruiting exposure, coach contact, scholarship offers, roster spots, college admission, professional opportunities, or any recruiting outcome.

7. Our platform and availability

Player Vault and its name, branding, software, interface, design, and platform content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These rights do not take ownership away from player-uploaded content. We may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue features, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

8. Suspension and termination

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Player Vault may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, fraud, illegal activity, abuse, infringement, nonpayment, security risks, or other conduct that harms the Service or its users. You may stop using the Service at any time and may use available account settings or contact us regarding account deletion.

9. Disclaimers and limits

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Player Vault disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Player Vault will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost opportunities, data, profits, or goodwill arising from use of the Service.

10. Governing law, changes, and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. To the extent permitted by law, disputes relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new Last Updated date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
